2. Launch of New Research and Development Products

The company's research institute independently developed a new product—coated glass water, which was launched in October. 3. Relocation and Commissioning of Production Equipment

In response to the government's call to contribute to the local economic construction and in line with the company's group operation strategy, the company plans to relocate production equipment from Qingdao and Tianjin back to Zhengzhou within two years. The first phase of the relocated equipment includes two high-end fully automated lubricant production lines and one special lubricating grease production line, which began production on October 28. The first batch of products has been successfully launched into the market, receiving high praise from customers for product quality.


4. Continuous Expansion of the Team and Steady Improvement of Professional Competence

The company actively integrates various social resources, hiring seven expert advisors, and conducted training on lubrication knowledge and sales techniques for the advisory team on October 12. The development of clients from six large group companies is progressing steadily. 1. Continuation of Outstanding Talent Recruitment

The company aims to add 12 outstanding talents this month: 2 Assistant General Managers, at least 3 Sales Engineers, 1 Human Resources Department Director, 1 Research Institute R&D Engineer, 1 Financial Accountant, 1 Sales Director, 1 Deputy General Manager, and 2 International Business Division Managers. 2. Strict Execution of Production Process

With some production equipment relocated to the Zhengzhou headquarters, the company strictly controls the production process, adhering to the production management system and procedures, prioritizing safety. While ensuring safe production, the company enhances efficiency and quality control, completing operational production tasks with quality and quantity assured. The Research Institute will conduct strict testing and inspection of all products, and no products that do not meet the standards will be canned or stored.


3. Intensification of Sales PK Activities

The company continues to carry out major sales PK activities with unprecedented rewards, setting new highs. The company will attend a professional exhibition in Vietnam on the 18th of this month, with an independent booth. Four key employees will hold a "China Creates, Union Petrochemical Miracle" overseas deployment flag ceremony on that day, aiming to develop at least 10 overseas clients during the exhibition period. The company will increase its investment in overseas market development, providing one-stop services to solve professional and difficult issues for overseas clients, laying a solid foundation for the realization of the overseas strategy.
