The New Materials Research Institute is a professional research and development testing institution established under the guidance of Henan Equipment Management Association and North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower. The research institute adheres to the principle of "focusing on new materials and research and development", focuses on the research and application of new materials and technologies, and is committed to overcoming the technical difficulties of existing lubrication new materials. At the same time, we will jointly build universities with the provincial and ministerial governments, as well as laboratories with characteristic backbone universities in Henan Province, to carry out scientific and technological innovation and transform technological achievements

Relying on the teaching and research practice base of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower and the technical center of Henan Equipment Management Association, we strive to build the research institute into a first-class new material research institution in China and a leading institution in Henan.
R&D Direction:
Energy-saving management technology, nano anti-wear and friction reducing agents, energy-saving long-term lubricating grease, inspection and testing services, lubricating grease for wind power generation industry, research on special high-temperature lubricants, research and development of new energy technology and products, development of robot lubricating grease, and development of precision bearing lubricating grease.
Technological Achievements:
Developed a series of synthetic ester based lubricant additives, solving the demand for lubricant additives under extreme working conditions and breaking the technical bottleneck of international oil giants. More than ten national patents and software copyrights are currently being applied for
Service Strength
Complete R&D and testing equipment
The research institute covers an area of 750 square meters and is equipped with a research and development center, testing center, laboratory, physical and chemical laboratory, equipment operation and maintenance remote diagnosis center, small-scale testing workshop, sample retention room, etc. It has complete cutting-edge research and development, testing, and experimental equipment and instruments, and more than 30 necessary equipment for lubricating oil testing, including four ball machines, cone penetrometers, viscosity meters, etc. It can achieve comprehensive testing of typical indicators of lubricating oil and lubricating grease. We have various types of platforms such as bearing platforms and gear platforms, which can be used for practical evaluation of lubricating oil and grease.

Power, introducing Dr. Jiang Zhengquan's team from the Nanolubricating Materials Research Group to jointly build the Zhengzhou Lubrication New Materials
