Product Description

Advantages: Excellent oxidation stability. This series of products can be used for a long time under severe conditions, with excellent oxidation stability and good thermal stability. Excellent rust prevention performance. The working environment of turbines is often humid, which can lead to oil water ingress and cause equipment parts to oxidize and rust, threatening smooth operation. This series of products contains high-quality rust inhibitors and has excellent rust prevention properties, ensuring that even with long-term continuous use, the system interior will not rust.

Excellent antifoaming properties. Lubricating oil foaming occurs under the following conditions: 1) oil and air are vigorously stirred; 2) air is drawn in due to poor pipeline sealing; 3) air or other gases dissolved in the oil are suddenly separated and discharged. To address this issue, it is necessary to investigate the cause of foaming and take measures, but the oil itself should also have the ability to rapidly defoam. This series of products adds antifoaming agents to enhance this property, showing superior practicality.

Good demulsibility and water separation properties. Turbines and water turbines inevitably come into contact with water vapor or water during operation, often leading to emulsification and causing unstable operation. Therefore, from a practical standpoint, it is best to use oil that is not easily emulsified and allows for easy separation of mixed-in water. This series of products has excellent water separation properties and will not emulsify due to mixed-in water.
